Privacy Policy

What we collect
Member and mentor sign-ups are done through Google Forms, so what you enter (for example name, email, WhatsApp number, level, province, goal and, if you choose to provide it, affirmative data such as first-generation status, economic situation or disability) is processed by Google under its privacy policy and received by us as the form administrator. Affirmative data is sensitive and is used only to prioritise program seats. The partnership form on this site stores the organisation name, contact name, email and your message in our database.
How we use it
To contact you about programs, select Mentoring Batch participants, and compile aggregate, anonymised impact reports. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
Participants under 18
High-school registrations must be known to a parent or guardian. Mentors on the high-school track pass additional screening and are bound by a child-safeguarding code of conduct.
Storage and security
Data is stored with a trusted database provider, with access limited to authorised staff. We keep your data while you are part of the SCHN network or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 14 working days.
